Import to “My Collection”<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you, like many collectors, have a lot of coins, adding every item to the registry individually could be a daunting task. To simplify this process, we offer an import (or upload) function where you can add your coins all at once via a spreadsheet. In order to take advantage of this function, you just need to have your collection in spreadsheet file (Excel or CSV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below are the required columns in order to use this function.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For certified coins<\/strong> (we only accept CACG, PCGS and NGC today) – Your file must include a column for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Coin number – GSID that CACG uses or PCGS number; your spreadsheet must be consistent though; do not put both GSID and PCGS numbers in the same column.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Grading service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cert number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Grade<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    For raw coins<\/strong>, the only data point your file needs to include is the coin number, whether GSIDs or PCGS numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have uploaded the file, always confirm the number of coins on your spreadsheet and the number successfully imported to guarantee a seamless addition to your \u201cMy Collection\u201d page.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

    If any errors are present during the import, you will receive an email detailing the changes needed to be made in order for the import to complete properly. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Export from “My Collection”<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To export your collection from the CAC Registry to a .csv file, simply select “Export” next to the “Upload” option.<\/p>\n\n\n

    The file will then download and be available in your downloads folder on your device. When you open the downloaded export file, you will have a document like in the image below. Please use this exported spreadsheet file as an example of what to import for the “Upload” feature to My Collection.<\/p>\n\n\n
