With the United States Mint again pumping out silver coinage following a prolonged hiatus starting as early as 1929 for some denominations, Mercury dimes were once again rolling off the Denver Mint’s presses for the first time since 1931. The vast majority of 1934-D Mercury dimes are well struck, and thus many pieces exist with Full Bands details.
