The 1927 Buffalo nickel is a common issue with more than 37.9 million examples minted and an ample supply of survivors in both circulated and uncirculated grades. It’s one of the most common dates of the 1920s and offers plenty of well-struck survivors to satisfy the demands of most Buffalo nickel enthusiasts looking for such pieces. Hundreds of examples are known in MS66 and dozens in MS67.
