The 1938 Philadelphia Mercury dime is extremely plentiful in all grades through MS67, even with Full Bands details. As there are so many examples available for the picking, collectors and other buyers can be choosy and expect to find a seemingly flawless example with excellent color, strike, luster, and overall eye appeal with minimal searching.
