This is the first issue of Walkers from the Philadelphia Mint in the 1940’s and the least common. Still extremely common with coins through the AU range worth no more than the scrap silver value. The date is readily available in Mint State up to MS67. Only its finest grade, MS68, is scarce. A beautiful issue with an incredible strike that comes with either bright white luster or luminous golden toning.
