The vast majority of 1902 proof Morgan dollars have little to no cameo contrast. Pieces that are designated as cameo are exceedingly rare. DCAMs are virtually non-existent. Most examples that are encountered trend in the PR62-65 range, with PR66s proving scarce, PR67s rare, and examples grading any higher very rare.
