While a true better date, the 1910-D Saint is not necessarily rare -- especially the case when discussing circulated and lower-level uncirculated specimens. Meanwhile, it is a considerably scarce coin in the grades of MS65 and up, with examples grading MS66 or better proving quite rare. Registry set collectors pay hand over fist for top-grading pieces.
