The 1863/2 overdate variety is very popular in the Proof Three Cent Silver Series. The two can be seen beneath the three in the date, but is most visible from the lower part of the three serif to the middle of the three. It is scarce in PR62 through PR65. PR66 and finer are considered very rare. Cameo pieces are far more difficult to locate in all grades.
