The 1927-D is one of the far scarcer dates minted in Denver. Luster is fantastic for this issue. However, striking is not as good as the Philadelphia minted issues making fully struck pieces worth a premium. Scarce in all grades with a rarity jump in gem condition as MS65 is very scarce and MS66 is extremely rare.
