Due to striking being such a problem for the 1918-S, this issue is one of the most rare across the Standing Liberty Quarter Series with a Full Head. This coin is uncommon even at the AU to low Mint State level. MS62 through MS64 are scarce at which point there is a value/rarity jump into gem as MS65 and MS66 are very rare. That leaves anything finer being an extreme rarity.
