In 1869, the Mint, once again, produced 600 Proof Two Cent Pieces. Most of this mintage is still in existence. Examples at PR66 and finer are scarce with brown and red-brown color. Full red pieces are rare as of PR65. Any cameo surfaces are great rarities in any grade. Be on the lookout for pieces with notable toning or vivid red color.
