When it comes to rarities, the 1920-S is one of the most expensive and elusive of the lot. Exceptionally rare in all grades, the 1920-S commands five-figure prices even in circulated condition. Just a tiny handful of specimens are known in the grades of MS65 or higher, with these typically flirting with or exceeding the half-million-dollar threshold.
