The reverse mintmark variation from Denver in 1917 is scarcer than its obverse counterpart. Circulated grades are relatively plentiful but not common. Mint State examples are well struck with fairly strong luster. This variety is scarce through MS64, very scarce in MS65 and considered rare in MS66.
