The 1919 Buffalo nickel is a relatively common Philadelphia-minted issue and circulated issues are available in adequate supplies; Gems are also reasonably common, at least by the standards of early Buffalo nickels. Nearly 61 million 1919 Buffalo nickels were struck at the Philadelphia Mint, and a few dozen examples are graded by PCGS and NGC as high as MS67, with one certified by NGC as an MS68.
