The 1927-S is the most common of the 3 Walking Liberty Half Dollars issued between 1921 and 1929 but does have the strongest, yet still unimpressive, strike of the bunch. Similar to the other 2 issues frosty luster and certain levels of toning can be found somewhat easily. Common up to AU and then very scarce until the rare gems that exist in MS65 and MS66, where a notable difference in value exists between these 2 grades.
